# Vtiger ## Overview Vtiger is an online Customer Relationship Management tool that collates all your Sales, Marketing and Help Desk information into one unified view. ## \*\*API Information \*\* The Base URL used for the Vtiger connector is \*\*. \*\*More information can be found on their main [site](https://help.vtiger.com/article/147111249-Rest-API-Manual). ## Authentication Within the builder, click on the Vtiger connector to display the connector properties panel. For example, whether it is a Sandbox or Production auth, etc. Consider who/ how many people will need access to this authentication when choosing where to create this authentication ('Personal' or 'Organisational').
