Building the future of enterprise automation
We’re rethinking how enterprises connect systems, teams, and data so they can move faster, adapt quicker, and solve bigger problems with AI at the center.
Tray.ai began with a simple idea: the future shouldn’t be gated by legacy software.
In 2012, Rich Waldron, Alistair Russel, and Dominic Lewis set out to remove bottlenecks slowing teams down. Too many tools. Too many blockers. Too many problems that required writing code just to fix basic workflows. They built Tray to give teams real agency—the power to solve business problems with automation, integration, and now, AI. Today, we’re leading the shift toward an AI-first enterprise stack that works the way modern teams do: connected, adaptive, and always moving. That vision still drives us today, and it’s shaped how we work, how we build, and how we lead.
We keep things simple, move quickly, and support each other without the politics. Small teams, clear goals, direct feedback
We act like owners. We solve problems, not just spot them. We take pride in great work and lift up the people around us.
We value performance, not pedigree. We obsess over customer outcomes. We move fast and don’t wait for permission.
