Salesforce Polling Trigger

Start workflows when Salesforce records matching a SOQL query are created or updated.

New

Salesforce Polling Trigger starts your workflow when matching Salesforce records are created or updated, with no polling logic to build. Write a SOQL query and Tray does the rest: scheduling, change tracking and delivery are all handled for you.

  • Your schedule: choose how often Tray checks Salesforce, from every 5 minutes upwards.
  • Single or batch: start one run per record, or one run per poll with the records as an array. Large backlogs are paged automatically, so high-volume objects stay fast and efficient.
  • Watch exactly what matters: one SOQL query covers any standard or custom object with any filter, so workflows run only for the records you care about.
  • No missed records: if Salesforce is unavailable or your workflow is turned off, nothing is skipped. Records changed in the meantime are picked up as soon as polling resumes.
  • Clean, reliable runs: each record update starts its workflow once, so you don't need your own duplicate checks.
