Trainward Consulting LLC
Hi, I’m Robin Joseph, founder of Trainward Consulting. I build high-impact automations for accounting, ERP, and PMO teams using tools like QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, ClickUp, and more. I work with mid-market and enterprise clients to solve complex integration challenges—where off-the-shelf connectors fall short, and clean, scalable workflows make the difference between busywork and strategic execution. Some examples of what I’ve built: QuickBooks Online ↔ DocuSign + Airtable: Automatically parses signed PDF contracts, extracts billing terms, schedules multi-invoice rollouts over time, and logs every transaction in Airtable for operations and finance review. NetSuite ↔ Project Management Systems: Created a workflow to sync budget actuals, timesheet data, and project cost codes from NetSuite into ClickUp and Smartsheet—giving project managers live financials without logging into the ERP. ClickUp ↔ QuickBooks Online ↔ Slack: Built a bi-directional integration where deal status changes in ClickUp trigger invoice creation in QBO. Payment confirmation sends back updates to ClickUp and notifies the team via Slack—zero manual touchpoints. Multi-entity QBO Automation: Engineered a data pipeline that routes incoming revenue across multiple QBO instances based on client region and service type, including real-time class, location, and tracking category assignments. Custom Webhooks & REST APIs: When native integrations aren’t enough, I design and implement low-latency, multi-branch workflows using Tray.io and custom APIs—with logic for retries, conditionals, and validation to ensure data integrity. I specialize in stitching together operations, finance, and project workflows—whether you're using NetSuite, QBO, ClickUp, or completely different tools. If you're working with Asana, Xero, Monday.com, or even a custom-built ERP, I can design integrations that meet your team's needs and scale with your business. If you're dealing with messy handoffs, siloed data, or spending weekends fixing CSV imports—I can help. Let’s build something smarter: www.trainward.com
