Greenhouse is an applicant tracking system and recruiting solution designed to help businesses find suitable candidates, conduct interviews, and optimize their recruiting process. Greenhouse offers professional recruiting services from a dedicated support team.
Authentication
The Greenhouse connector authenticates using OAuth (Harvest v3) — a Client ID and Client Secret generated from a Harvest v3 (OAuth) API credential in Greenhouse.
Setting up OAuth (Harvest v3)
Within the workflow builder, highlight the Greenhouse connector. In the Greenhouse connector properties panel to the right of the builder, open the Authenticate tab and click Create new authentication. Select the Greenhouse Harvest v3 OAuth authentication method.

Tray.ai will ask you for a Client ID and a Client Secret. You generate these from a Harvest v3 (OAuth) API credential in Greenhouse, as described below.
In another tab, log in to your Greenhouse account. From the My Dashboard page, click the gear (settings) icon available at the top of the page. On the configure page, select the Dev Center tab from the left panel.

In the Dev Center, select API Credentials from the left panel, then select the Harvest v3 (OAuth) tab. Click the Create new API credentials button in the top-right corner.

In the Create new credential modal, confirm that API type is set to Harvest V3 (OAuth), enter a Description for the credential, and then click View and store credentials.

Greenhouse will then display your Client ID and Client Secret. Copy both values and store them in a safe place.
PLEASE NOTE: Make sure you copy and store your Client ID and Client Secret in a safe place. The Client Secret is shown only once. If you lose it, you will have to create new credentials.
After the credential is created, you are redirected to the permissions screen. (You can also return to it later by editing the credential from the list of API credentials.) Expand the Harvest section to select only the specific scopes your workflow needs.

Once you have selected the required Harvest permissions, click Save.

Back in Tray.ai, paste the Client ID and Client Secret into the authentication fields and click the Create authentication button. Go back to your settings authentication field (within the workflow builder properties panel), and select the recently added authentication from the drop-down options now available. Your connector authentication setup should now be complete.
