[AT] Get open Salesforce Opportunities by Salesforce Account Id
This is a 'Workflow' template which means that it is a single standalone workflow.
Some workflow templates can be modified to work with other workflow templates - e.g. to convert a data sync between two services from uni-directional to bi-directional
When the agent sends this tool a Salesforce Account ID, the tool returns a list of open opportunities under that account.
This is useful for sales agent helping people in the field understand what's going on in the sales funnel with any account in your CRM. The tool can be configured to return custom data you collect during your sales process to help the agent better understand your deals.
IMPORTANT READ BELOW
This tool requires minor configuration:
You MUST define your closed/won and closed/lost stage names in the Salesforce "Find open ops" step of the tool, otherwise the default setup of the tool will fail because there's placeholder values in place.
You can optionally configure the data being returned by the tool by choosing any other fields from your opportunity you wish for the agent to know about, such as custom fields.
By default, the tool returns the following data:
Opportunity Name
Opportunity Stage
Opportunity Id
Opportunity Owner Name
Opportunity Owner Id
